RADical Hope and The Daily Coach deliver Gen-Z insights to industry leaders, coaches
RADical Hope launched a strategic partnership with The Daily Coach that will bring exclusive, real-time insights on Gen-Z and student-athlete mental well-being to leaders, coaches, executives and parents.
The Daily Coach is a community of 40,000-plus leaders in sports, business and education dedicated to growing themselves and their teams, one daily email at a time. The Daily Coach was co-founded in 2019 by Coach George Raveling, Michael Lombardi and Kimati Ramsey with the goal to provide a daily, hands-on approach to becoming a better leader through the wisdom and action plans of its writers and contributors.
Through this collaboration, RADical Hope will provide The Daily Coach with data-driven insights gathered from its nationwide programming and surveys, including feedback from student-athletes and college students navigating academic, athletic and workplace readiness pressures. These insights will supplement The Daily Coach’s Saturday edition, equipping its audience with a deeper understanding of the mindset, challenges and motivations shaping today’s emerging generation.
RADical Hope has worked with collegiate athletic departments, universities and professional sports organizations to deliver its peer-led RADical Health program, reaching thousands of students across the country. Through campus and cohort surveys and ongoing engagement, RADial Hope has built a growing body of insight into Gen Z’s experiences with connection, resilience, career readiness and emotional intelligence.
The Daily Coach serves a national audience of executives, athletic leaders and coaches by delivering daily leadership and performance insights. By incorporating RADical Hope’s research and on-the-ground data, The Daily Coach will further strengthen its ability to support leaders working directly with Gen Z students and athletes.
Together, the organizations aim to close the gap between generational insight and leadership action, ensuring that those who guide the next generation are informed by the real experiences and evolving needs of the students they serve.
